// in which enjolras is one of two of his friends to survive a horrible run in with the police, all his friends shot dead, save for marius and himself. the two survivors are rushed into hospital, only with minor injuries. upon release, enjolras becomes addicted to his pills in attempt to escape his reality and is referred to the psychologist éponine, much to his disdain. he infuriates her at first, but she knows better than to yell at a patient just merely for stubbornness. he was lost, only a former shadow of himself, and only éponine could help enjolras save him from himself.
